SPI is a multi-inspector company that has performed over 5,000 inspections for the real estate, finance, and insurance industries. These inspections have included assessments of overall property condition, specific component condition, habitability, problem diagnosis, safety and usability, maintenance concerns, loss control analysis, demolition analysis, technical inspections, and litigation support.

Services have been performed in South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming, and California.
