The pre-inspection agreement needs to be reviewed and signed at or before the time of inspection. This signed documentation is required by our insurance carriers and not only protects us but provides protection for you, as our client.
No inspection services can be performed without a signed copy of the pre-inspection agreement.
For your convenience a copy of this document can be downloaded directly off this website. The pre-inspection agreement can also be e-mailed or faxed to you in advance for approval prior to the time of inspection.
